Regarding items on back-order: Due to COVID-19, back-ordered items may take longer than expected. Suppliers are being faced with slow delivery times and even the cancellations of re-pressings due to pressing facilities closing down. Your understanding is appreciated. Parcel Deliveries Across Australia:
Our checkout platform is integrated with Australia Post for all deliveries. Your delivery costs will calculated during your checkout. (We are working hard to cap all deliveries across Australia in the near future).
Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by our Next Day Guarantee.
Regular Parcel Post: Delivery in 2 to 7 business days after posting
Covers all of Australia.
Sending to same state: Metro – up to 2-3 business days
Country – up to 5 business days
Sending interstate: Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points

You will be provided with a Tracking number once your item has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking information, in which you can track via our website.
Pre-orders will be dispatched 24 hours after release date.
At times Pre-Order dates may be pushed out or canceled due to the Record Label, in this situation we will would happily offer a store credit or offer you a full-refund.
House Of Vinyl does not take any responsibilities if parcel is damaged or misplaced during delivery.
