I Speak Because I Can is the second studio album by British singer-songwriter Laura Marling, released on 22 March 2010.

Produced by Ethan Johns, the album deals with “responsibility, particularly the responsibility of womanhood.  The album was preceded by the singles “Goodbye England (Covered in Snow)”, released on iTunes in December 2009 and “Devil’s Spoke” on 15 March 2010. The next single released was “Rambling Man”, on 10 May 2010.
